CD Projekt Red has been under a ton of flack for shipping the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 to retail without fixing, in some cases, game breaking bugs on the vanilla PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Today, CD Projekt Red brought two solutions of users, wait for new patches that they’re working on or they’ll help you refund the game.
In an unprecedented move, CD Projekt Red is working on getting people refunds for Cyberpunk 2077 if they own a PS4 or Xbox One version and are unsatisfied with the bugs, lag, and frame rate drops that plague the two older versions of the game and even set up an email for these types of issues:
If you’re going to wait, two patches will come in January then February which should fix many complaints according to CD Projekt Red’s team. Otherwise, you can try to refund Cyberpunk 2077 through whoever you bought the game from and if it doesn’t work, you can email the team at “helpmerefund@cdprojektred.com“.
So far on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, most players have reported minor bugs that didn’t take too much away from gameplay.
