Developer Remedy Entertainment announced today at their Capital Market Day Presentation that the sales for their acclaimed hit game Control, which released in 2019, crossed 2 million and are only growing as time goes on.
Remedy Entertainment cited November 2020 as their strongest month of sales to date for Control, which is 15 months after its original release. Also, they touted 90% of their sales coming from digital which shows a new trend in the gaming industry as physical sales continue take a hit due to the pandemic.
Control recently launched for Switch and Amazon’s Luna service back in October 2020 and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions are due out in early 2021.
