Once again, we find ourselves at a impasse. From the official Cyberpunk 2077 twitter, we’ve learned that the highly anticipated but constantly delayed game will be pushed down to December 10th which is 21 days later than its original release date.
According to the press release from Adam Badowski and Marcin Iwinski of CD Projekt Red, the extra time will be used to ensure the game is fully tested on next-gen consoles (namely PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X) and PC.
With a game of this size and this much importance, it makes sense for delays. Hopefully, this is the last delay as we head into the 2020 holiday season. Let us know what you guys think!
