The Xenoblade Chronicles: Future Connected gameplay includes battle with Shulk, Melia, and Nene as your party members, exploration, cutscenes, and Ponspecters.
One year has passed since the final battle. The world is at peace, each race has joined hands, and restoration was underway. In the midst of all that, Shulk suggests to Melia that they search for the Imperial Capital Alcamoth, which had gone missing. The two board the airship Junks with their sights set on the Imperial Capital, but the ship is suddenly attacked by a mysterious bombardment and Junks crash-land in a place called “Bionis’ Shoulder.Xenoblade Chronicles: Future Connected is set to release alongside Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition on May 29, 2020 for Nintendo Switch.
